This type of reader is a combination of someone who not only reads energy, ethically channels Spirit, and uses their gifts responsibly — but who also mentors their clients at the same time.

How it Works
☾ We spend 6 weeks together. I will guide you, mentor you, and hold space for you throughout this process. You will be able to ask any questions you may have directly to me, and have the support of other community members.
☾ Our training calls are weekly via Zoom. Exact dates will be listed before the next cohort begins.
☾ Our integration and Q&A calls start at 6:00 pm PST, and end by 7:30 pm PST. They allow you to review the pre-recorded trainings, receive “hot-seat” guidance, and see mentorship readings in action. All calls are recorded.
☾ You will have access to my brand new community platform, the IGNITE-HER PORTAL, where the course will be hosted, a long with other valuable resources to help you learn and develop your skill sets.
☾ Each module consists of audio trainings, supportive written information, and a special PDF workbook to help you integrate what you’re learning. All modules have valuable, carefully created exercises to compliment the work.
☾ You’ll enjoy a private group with me and the other members of the program where you can share thoughts, ideas, and discoveries along the way.

I’m Kimberly Morrow - Professional Psychic Medium, Telepathic and Geomantic Channel, Shadow Work Integrator and Threshold Guide, Mentor and Spiritual Guide for Incognito Light Workers, and the creator of The Conscious Her as well as The Conscious Her Podcast.
I help guide incognito Light Workers to actualize and embody their personal and collective purpose(s) from the inside out so that they can create the profound impact in the world that they were born to do. There's nothing more rewarding for me than seeing my clients and students find their way back to their authentic selves and live from their truth.
I’m also trained as a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, a Certified Animal Reiki Practitioner, Heart Resonance Level 1, Healing Touch, and Intuitive Development. I studied mediumship for 4 years with a mentor of 30+ years of experience. My spiritual journey started in 2012, and during that time I faced numerous challenging spiritual awakenings, ego-deaths, and one Near Death Experience — which have all led me to and through the work I do now.
I've been delivering readings for a decade, with thousands of clients served, and repeat clients for more than 5 years. During this time, I’ve heard countless stories, situations, dynamics that clients have faced in all areas of life — and the guidance that Spirit has brought through for them to reclaim their power, sovereignty, and inner-knowing to navigate the challenges in a way that deeply serves them.
Several years ago, Spirit prompted me to create ‘Readings that Resonate’ to help other Light Workers who want to provide empowering, mentorship-style readings to clients that act as catalysts for personal growth, healing, and soul-based evolution.
It’s only now that I’ve been able to answer that call to put together my greatest observations, teachings, tools, and techniques that create impressive, memorable readings and a unique healing experience for the client that ripples through their life long after the session is over.
I firmly believe that all intuitive readings, regardless of how they’re delivered, should be profound opportunities for transformation. A transformational reading doesn’t exist to soothe the ego. It delivers what the client needs to receive for inner-alchemy and alignment, even when its uncomfortable. A transformational reading provides stepping stones that the client can work with afterwards. It doesn’t just open doors — it helps the client walk through them.

No. Refunds, exchanges, and credits are not permitted under any circumstances due to the nature of the service. By joining the mentorship program, you agree to take the program seriously and to be committed to it.
By joining the mentorship program, you commit to the full payment of the fee agreed upon at the time of your purchase, irrespective of your participation level, program completion within the designated timeframe, or overall use of the resources provided.
Failure to honour the payment agreement, including disputing a scheduled payment, is considered a breach of contract and will result in immediate termination of your access to all programs. Additionally, this will lead to the forfeiture of eligibility for future participation in any programs and removal from The Conscious Her community.

At this time, no, you cannot take the program privately.

This program is 6 weeks long, starting on Thursday, November 6th, 2025 and ending on Thursday, December 11th, 2025.

The Ignite Your Light Group Mentorship Program is 6 months, starting at the end of May, 2025 and ending in October, 2025.

The live calls are 60-90 minutes long, but never more than 120 minutes long.

There are 10 spots permitted per group cohort.

Although everyone is strongly encouraged to attend the live calls, there will be replays available for all calls hosted over Zoom.

Approximately 4-5 hours per week will allow you to stay on top of your 'Soul Recovery Work' in between training calls. I suggest putting aside 30-45 minutes per day to dedicate to the program. The more time and effort that you put into this program, the more you will get out of it.

Yes! Our live calls are conducted via Zoom with your entire cohort group, and each week you’ll have the opportunity to attend a Q&A call where you can receive personalized, live support from Kimberly to assist you.
